League Information

  • Players will play one match per week until the end of the regular season. A single-elimination tournament will follow. Tournament information will be posted after the regular season ends.
  • Players can view the league schedule on-line at recreation.cnu.edu (select the “intramurals” link, then select “tennis”).
  • Matches have "play by" dates on them. Each match must be played by the "play by" date. The player on the right side of the schedule is always responsible for contacting their opponent to set up a time to play.
  • Players must agree on the format of the match (i.e. best of 3 sets, etc.)
  • This is an unsupervised and non-officiated intramural event.
  • Both players must agree on the scheduled time, date, and location. You do not have to play on campus.
  • The Freeman Center has one court available for play by reservation. To reserve a time, please contact Brenda Giles at 757-594-8823.  However, you do not have to play on campus.
  • If a player does not show up for the scheduled playing time, that player will forfeit.
  • Within 24 hours of the match, the winner of the match is responsible for reporting the results to:
