The Intramural Program at Christopher Newport University strives to provide opportunities for individual development, social interaction and the development of lasting relationships through participation in recreational activities.
The program places an emphasis on sportsmanship, leadership and learning opportunities through participation. Opportunities in recreation are for all individuals, regardless of their skill ability, experience, or otherwise.
