ULTIMATE FRISBEE (COED)
Registration Information

1. Fill out the attached TEAM ROSTER FORM with your teammates. All team members must provide their CNU ID Card number, signature and DATE THE FORM! THIS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO REGISTRATION, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! ROSTERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED unless there is the required amount of signatures equaling the required amount to play this sport. Since this is a 7 v 7 sport, 7 signatures are required.
2. In an effort to maximize participation, the roster sizes for this sport will be capped at 11 participants per team.
3. Choose a Team Uniform Color (see Captain’s Guide for the complete Uniform Policy) that all members of your team will wear during your games.
4. Bring the COMPLETED TEAM ROSTER FORM to The Freeman Center, room 104 during the REGISTRATION PERIOD. The REGISTRATION PERIOD for ULTIMATE FRISBEE is on Wednesday, October 5th from 8am to 5pm. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Your team will sign up on a waiting list if the league is full.
5. Have the TEAM CAPTAIN attend the MANDATORY CAPTAIN’S MEETING for ULTIMATE FRISBEE. The CAPTAIN’S MEETING for ULTIMATE FRISBEE will be held on Thursday, October 6th at 6pm in the Student Center, room 150 (Alumni Room).
